darts - Quirky Choir Quirky Choir prides itself on being a very different kind of choir. It has a distinct identity and pushes the boundaries of what a choir should be. Nobody needs to audition to join, and every week Doncaster residents of all ages and walks of life come together to make some joyful noise! The choir sings an eclectic repertoire – songs from South Africa to Hawaii, from rock and roll to Rhianna. They also compose their own songs and collaborate with professional songwriters, composers and poets to create pieces that are distinctly Quirky. -
darts - Singing for Memory Singing for Memory is our friendly singing group for adults living with dementia and their family, friends and carers. The group sing a wide range of songs and even write their own songs. -
darts - Swag Choir Perfect for any budding superstars! This energetic group performs chart hits with choreography and harmony. No experience necessary. For young people aged 14-18. Swag Choir runs every Tuesday during term time, 6-7.15pm. Sessions are free to attend, but places are limited so booking is essential. -
Doncaster Housing for Young People We support young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of homelessness, helping them overcome disadvantage so they can have a brighter future. -
Doncaster MENCAP Here at Doncaster Mencap we are always trying to support and encourage local people with learning disabilities to make the most of their lives and at the same time support their families and carers too. We are run entirely by volunteers many of whom are carers and we are proud of that. We usually have two Gateway clubs on Tuesday and Wednesday nights but at the moment because of Covid-19 the clubs are closed. -
